This attractive property is in a wonderful location for a family holiday or a get-together with friends. Thanks to being close to Suffolk’s pretty coastline, and its expansive countryside, it’s a great spot to bring a dog or two who will enjoy running around, and investigating new smells. The property has been elegantly decorated throughout to ensure it remains stylish yet comfortable to help guests relax from the moment they arrive.
Inside, you’ll find that the living areas are bright and airy. The kitchen, with its island, is a very sociable space and has everything you would need to cater while on holiday. The kitchen leads to a sunroom, which is an open-plan living and dining area that benefits from plenty of natural light and views over the garden. Guests can also relax in the lounge, where the wood burner-effect gas fire provides the ideal spot for dogs to curl up and go to sleep. The ground floor is also home to a handy utility room which leads to a shower room. Guests of the downstairs king-size bedroom can use this for their convenience. Upstairs are two more bedrooms. One is a twin with a balcony, while the second room is a king-size with its own en-suite. All guests, though, can share the separate family bathroom on this floor. The home’s garden is also a fantastic space for all – children and dogs will be able to play outdoors, while adults can dine alfresco at the garden table and chairs.
The house is situated in the village of Reydon – which is popular thanks to being the gateway to Suffolk’s countryside, but also on the outskirts of Southwold. Southwold has many attractions, such as its long stretch of beach that pups will love to play frisbee on, and its vibrant town centre. Many of its pubs welcome dogs with open arms, too.
