This idyllic village is tranquil and surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. Let your hounds lead the way exploring the winding lanes lined with traditional cottages and colourful gardens that create a postcard-worthy scene. The rich history and culture at the renowned Wiveton Hall, a historic manor house, is sure to set tails wagging.

A welcoming property over two floors greets you with a warm and inviting lounge on the ground floor. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating, ensuring you can relax and unwind together. A Smart TV is available for entertainment, and during colder evenings, you can enjoy the cosy ambience created by the wood burner. Your canine companions have plenty of choice spots to nap. From the lounge is the kitchen with all the appliances needed to prepare delicious meals. Two steps up from the lounge take you to the dining room, with a door leading outside to the patio. Downstairs there is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room. You''ll discover a double bedroom, a twin room and a family bathroom upstairs. Outside is a beautiful, enclosed garden with a charming covered well, a lawn, and a patio area with table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining.

Holt Country Park (5 miles) is a must-visit attraction, where you can walk miles on the trails while your hounds can sniff out adventures. If you love wildlife, head to Blakeney (2 miles) and if your sea dog is up for it, take a boat trip around the seal colonies. Alternatively, head to Sheringham (7.5 miles) and catch the North Norfolk Railway through the pretty countryside to Holt.

A charming cottage tastefully and comfortably appointed in a very pleasant quiet location.The best we have stayed in and it was excellent in terms the basics such as cups, saucers, mugs , glasses and cutlery in general. In addition it was very refreshing to have a plentiful supply of items for instance as dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll and washinRead moreg up liquid. Beds very comfortable and heating extremely efficient. Cannot do other than fully recommend Dolphin Cottage. Hide

Dolphin cottage is a beautiful cottage with excellent facilities, the kitchen was fully stocked with pots & pans and cutlery, excellent cooker too. Location was great for exploring north Norfolk, lovely walks and a beautiful church at the end of the road.

The cottage was very well furnished with good quality linens. The kitchen was very well stocked. The cottage was ideally placed for many of the coastal villages and it was good to have the Wiveton Bell within five minutes walk.

A lovely cottage which is very well equipped and ideally situated for exploring North Norfolk. I would certainly recommend this property to my family and friends.
