This cheerful holiday retreat is situated on a hill overlooking Marazion village in West Cornwall. Perfect for a family plus one devoted hound, the property boasts state-of-the-art appliances and is ideal for those seeking coastal walks, seaside activities, and dog-friendly amenities.
Wood-panelled flooring and light tones sweep through the ground floor creating a soothing atmosphere. There’s a handy outdoor shower so mucky boots and paws can be washed clean before padding into the lounge. A huge sofa, a wood burner, and a Smart TV with a soundbar will make you feel at home and there’s plenty of snoozing space for Fido too. But when the weather’s good, push open the bi-fold doors and let your pup roam safely in the enclosed garden. A neat kitchen full of glossy cabinets is located off the lounge. Here, you’ll find everything you need to rustle up a family meal then serve it at the neat table with seating for six. When bedtime beckons, retire upstairs and choose between the lovely super-king bed and twin bedroom. Both rooms feature a Smart TV, Bluetooth speakers, and pristine en-suite bathrooms. Outside, an enclosed garden is perfect for a game of fetch. And when you want to dine alfresco, there’s a BBQ and patio area.
The ancient market town of Marazion is just over 300 metres from the property and has plenty of dog-friendly pubs, restaurants, and art galleries. Marazion Beach is a relaxing place for a swim and the long sandy beach is perfect for morning and evening walks with your pup (there are daytime dog restrictions from July to August). Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens (2.5 miles) is also worth a visit and Fido will love sniffing out new smells among the exotic plants and art installations. Alternatively enjoy a 2-mile coastal walk from Marazion to Perranuthnoe.
