Sandy Bottom is a lovely little cottage in a quiet location. We had regular visits from the peacocks and the local muntjac deer. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable. The owner of the cottage was welcoming and helpful when we had a problem. The welcome basket was a lovely touch too. Old Hunstanton beach is literally a 5 minute walk from theRead more cottage and we enjoyed our morning and evening walks with the dog. Hide

This was our second stay at Sandy Bottom. Although the cottage could benefit from a little tlc, all the basics are in place: it's in a wonderful location, is clean and warm, with plenty of hot water and good thick towels, and a well appointed kitchen. We certainly hope to return.

Location is very good and close to beach. Beds, shower rooms and lounge all comfortable. However this cottage lacks serious TLC in many areas. Disappointing and not value for money. Would not visit again.

Chose the bungalow because my friend has limited mobility. It was ideal both for her and my dog. Freedom and safety. I wanted coastal walks nearby, easy parking for loading/unloading and interesting places to visit without great distances. Perfect. We do hope to return
