Escape to a modern and fresh cottage on the Welsh island of Anglesey, where you’ll be surrounded by a golden coastline and abundant wildlife. The open-plan living space is perfectly sized for a small family or couple plus one four-legged companion with a comfortable and bright lounge to relax in after a day at the beach – or you could fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco.

Inside is a bright and airy lounge/kitchen/diner with neutral tones and a hint of a coastal theme. The ‘U’-shaped farmhouse-style kitchen is well organised with plenty of surface space for preparing a home-cooked meal. Gather at the wooden dining table and tuck in before relaxing in the lounge with Fido curled up by your feet. Upstairs is the family bathroom, a king-size bedroom with a small balcony and a single bedroom. Outside you’ll find a patio area with furniture and a BBQ which is provided on request.

Unwind in this tranquil family farm in East Anglesey with scenic walking routes and picturesque viewpoints on your doorstep. Bring your swimsuits and go for a dip with Fido at Red Wharf Bay (4 miles), The picturesque waterfront town of Beaumaris (7.5 miles) is a great place for history geeks, as here there are a Medieval castle and Victorian prison & punishment cells. From here you can also catch a ferry to Puffin Island. Pack a picnic and go for a long hike around Ynys Llanddwyn (13 miles) for panoramic views of the Snowdonia mountains, historic landmarks and an expansive sandy beach.

The cottage was comfortable and warm and the furnishings in keeping with the style of the cottage. We appreciated the welcome pack of delicious cheese made on the farm, crackers and fresh creamy farm milk with homemade Welsh cakes. The cheese was so lovely we purchased more to take away from the honesty box.

We had a lovely stay. The cottage is really homely and nicely decorated. The location is a great base to explore the island. Menai was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend South Stack lighthouse up at the northwestern tip. Climb to the top! Also the beach at Llandwynn - great circular walks. And Beaumaris - lovely town with the greaRead moretest castle never to be build! Hide

This is the most perfect little cottage for a getaway in Anglesey. It had everything we needed and the owners even left us some fresh milk, cheese and crackers which was a lovely surprise. The location is perfect, just a short drive from the shops, pub, and sites of Anglesey. Would definitely visit again!

Beautiful, well equipped cottage in a great location. Close to stunning beaches and the stunning Snowdonia National Park. The hospitality at the property was second to none and the welcome cheese pack produced on the farm was so yummy. We will definitely be back in the very near future.

This is a very sweet cottage. It has everything you need to stay for a short break, the garden area is ambivalent so probably not ideal for very small children, we walked our dog along the track leading to the cottages morning and evening, but there isnt an area as such for a dog, although dog friendly.
