For families with a dog, this stunning home is a perfect place from which to base yourself for a holiday to remember. An elegant garden has been thoughtfully laid out, large windows allow light to flood inside, and contemporary stylish throughout the interior all combine to make this a fantastic place for your next Wales holiday. Spend your days on long strolls across Abersoch Beach, dining out at one of the fantastic local restaurants and exploring the patchwork terrains from Llanbedrog.

Inside the property guests will find the living room which houses an eclectic mixture of antique and retro furniture with a cinematic-style TV, warming wood burner and comfortable seating for an opulent evening of relaxation. To one side of the room is an awe-inspiring view of the garden – it’s framed by dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows, bringing the outside in. On the other side of the open-plan living space is the modern kitchen with a characterful exposed brick wall, dark cabinets and wooden countertops, ensuring you have everything you could need to cook up a feast. When dinner is ready, head to the reclaimed wood dining table and the vibrant chairs to enjoy a meal together for celebrations and family occasions. There is also a laundry room just off the kitchen for convenience as well as a cloakroom with a downstairs WC. Upstairs on the first floor, there are three bedrooms, the first of which is a king-size with charming retro-style furnishings and a modern en-suite shower room with a rain head for complete relaxation. The second bedroom is a beautiful double with French styling and the third is a modern twin, perfect for children. Completing the interior of the property is the family bathroom which boasts a dramatic free-standing bath and some vintage decor making it the ultimate place for a little peace. Through the bi-fold doors of the open-plan living space is the beautifully landscaped garden, complete with lovely seating allowing you to dine alfresco with your canine companion.

Less than a mile from the property is the charming village of Llanbedrog where you can wander past the rows of pastel beach huts, have a bite to eat at one of the local cafes and join a number of coastal and rural walking trails. Further afield, Abersoch is just 2 miles away making it a great day out with a sandy beach stretching 4 miles, perfect for long walkies and drinking in the serenity of the seaside. You could also venture to the long, sandy shores of Porth Neigwl, climb to the Llanbedrog viewpoint or enjoy a stroll along the Pwthelli Harbour, all within 5 miles.

This cottage is perfect for a small group or a family, the garden is fantastic to look at through the expanse of glass in the open plan living area, a beautifully designed and well thought out retreat, we would love to return at some point

WOW! WOW! WOW! What can I say that hasn't already been said. The house is just stunning. Everything is so well thought out and the pictures don't do it justice with all the little touches. I usually go for old cottages or shepherds huts but this property took my fancy as soon as I saw it and so glad I booked. The other star of the show has to be LRead morelanbedrog itself and the beach which is so beautiful and only a short walk from the property. Numerous walks straight from the door, I did not use my car all week. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property and I hope to return in the future..x Hide

A beautiful and well equipped property which has been finished to a very high spec. We found the beds really comfy and it was really quiet which ensured a good nights sleep. Ideally situated for walking to Llanbedrog beach and a lovely art gallery and cafe.

Excellent property, so beautifully decorated, well equipped, comfortable, clean and tidy. This is our second visit and we were not disappointed, the place is so well thought out and really comfortable sofas. Large bathrooms, great powerful showers. Nant Awel is a superb house. Its beautifully appointed. The decor, furnishings and artwork are outstanding. We loved spending time in the house. It was so good to come back to a lovely warm house at the end of the day. We loved the log burner, the comfy sofas and the ambiance. The kitchen is well equipped. The fridge is a generous size. We Read morehad no issues working out how to use the TV. The gardens are lovely although we didnt spend any time sitting there given it was November! Generous parking area too. The beach is easily accessible down a few paths in about 10 minutes walk. Theres a local shop and several pubs in walking distance too. We loved this place and hope to be back in the future. Generally the property was very very good. However there were some issues. 1) the left hand blind to the full height windows was stuck down when we arrived and remained stuck down for the duration of the visit. 2) the TV didn't work properly, with none of the channels available aside from streaming channels because the trees in the neighbouring garRead moreden were blocking the satellite dish. This can't have been a new issue as trees don't grow that quickly. I do expect some level of reimbursement for this. 3) I mailed you on the day of our arrival about this and heard nothing back. Text messages to the owner saw attempts to fix it but no positive results. Hide

This was our second stay at Nant Awel. Amazing location near one of our favourite beaches. The house has everything you could ever need and is well equipped. The furnishings and style of the house are amazing and it is all to a high standard.

It's too soon to decide if we want another cottage holiday. Everything in the cottage was excellent. I did get in touch with you prior to our holiday to ask if there was a bbq at the cottage. You replied that there was no bbq. In fact there was a charcoal burning one which we used.

This property was absolutely amazing. Great location, beautifully presented with amazing wow factor. They had thought of everything and it was incredibly well equipped. Will definitely be going to wales again and would love to stay at this property
