This lovely cottage in the village of Seahouses boasts beautiful sea views and plenty of charm. Accommodating up to eight people in five bedrooms, a large group can congregate here in comfort. Even a couple of canine companions can join in the fun! Any pups that do make a trip here always have a fantastic time, thanks to the large outdoor area to the rear, and mile upon mile of beachfront walks.
You can enter the property through its utility room – a great space to towel down any dirty or sandy dogs. From there, you’ll enter into the dining room, which benefits from those wonderful sea views and has space to fit all guests. You can go through to the kitchen from here, which has everything you should need to cater for yourself while on holiday. A lounge is also on the ground floor, with sofas arranged around a stylish wood burner – where dogs inevitably curl up and fall asleep on chillier days. A super-king bedroom and a single are on the ground floor too, both of which can use a family bathroom or shower room on the same level as well. Three further rooms are on the first floor – a twin, a single and a double. A shower room on the first floor completes the accommodation. Outside, you’ll find an enclosed lawned garden – a great space to let out dogs and for kids to burn off energy. There’s also garden furniture to relax upon when the weather allows.
Seahouses is a wonderful spot in Northumberland, set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village is home to many shops and eateries – many of which will welcome dogs with open arms. Its beach stretches to Bamburgh, 3 miles away, so it’s a great location for dog walks.
