This former fisherman’s cottage has everything you need for a self-catering stay in St Ives with your beloved pet. Step inside and find a bright, airy and colourful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. A two-seater dining table is to the other end, and a selection of board games is also provided for guests. Around the corner is a cosy but practical kitchen where you can rustle up tasty meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Some said it was small, I would describe it as cosy & cute. A perfect location! Perfect for 2! We loved it. Thank you

Unfortunately, despite the nice accommodation and views, we would not recommend staying here due to the serious issues with the upstairs residents. They appear to live there permanently rather than being holiday guests, and throughout our stay they were extremely noisy and disruptive. They returned home between 1am and 3:30am every night and would Read morethen spend hours stomping around, moving furniture, shouting, arguing, and creating loud disturbances, on our last night this continued until around 6:30am. There were people coming and going at all hours, often only staying briefly, and the atmosphere felt quite unsettling. On several occasions we could clearly smell strong cannabis inside the flat, which was completely unacceptable. The noise was not normal everyday living noise, it was persistent antisocial behaviour that made it impossible to relax. The upstairs residents were unfriendly and confrontational after they bolted the stable door so we couldnt get in when we arrived on our first day. One of them opened the door saying something which we couldnt understand and appeared visibly under the influence of drugs. Being locked out of the accommodation was extremely distressing and made us feel vulnerable returning late in the evening after meals out. We genuinely worried that the situation could escalate if we complained and they would permanently lock us out. We have stayed in many places where there has been some level of noise, which is understandable in shared buildings, but this went far beyond what anyone could reasonably tolerate. Instead of feeling relaxed on our break, we were unable to sleep each night. On one occasion we were close to contacting the police due to the level of disturbance and arguments. It is a real shame, as the flat itself and its sea views are lovely. However, the ongoing antisocial behaviour from the upstairs residents completely overshadowed our stay. Hide

Wren Flat was lovely, close to main street. Only downside was that we were locked out twice by the other occupants in both apartments above. This caused alot of stress and inconvenience, especially the second time as it was raining heavily and it took over an hour to get it sorted.

I've held off rating, waiting for a call back for over a week which hasn't happened. Of the four days 2 days spent with plumbers in flat above, banging, water turned on and off, running up and down stairs, stressing our dog, the front door was left open and a toilet on the doorstep, not really acceptable at 200 a night, very disappointed as desperaRead moretely needed to relax away from work for a few days. The cottage is very basic and felt a bit like a student flat. It is very compact and ok for a couple who don't mind being in close proximity. It had most things anyone would need and the kitchen bathroom and bedroom were fine. Just felt the main room needed a little more TLC . The location of the flat was great . Super cottage. Small and compact but absolutely enough space for two humans and a dog. SO close to the harbour. Comfy bed. Would recommend!

The cottage was modern, clean and very well Located. Unfortunately we left a day early due to noisy guests moving in above us half way through our stay. The noise went on until early hours of the morning, which was so loud the ceiling lights were rattling at most points, to which we couldnt put up with it any longer. This is no reflection on the cRead moreottage, just bad luck who you get above you. Hide

The flat is spotless and everything appears to be new. The sofa is extremely comfortable. This flats location is brilliant 1 minute from Harbour beach and all the shops and restaurants. It is however very small, being part of a small terraced house converted into 3 flats. It is suited to a single person or a couple who get on very well and like beRead moreing very close together as it is very small and quite dark. It only has one small window that can be opened and that is in the bedroom. It lacked an outside dustbin, rubbish had to remain in the flat and it lacked a tin opener, we had to buy one. Having said all this my daughter loved the flat it was perfect for her. Hide

The cottage had a great location very close to the beach and was modern and quite well equipped. However a small number obvious items were missing, particularly in the kitchen area. Although it didnt have private parking it was situated quite conveniently for the Island Public Car Park (when parking spaces were available - however this was often nRead moreot the case) Hide
