The ground floor also has a beautiful shower room and the first bedroom, a spacious double. Upstairs you will find a refreshing bathroom with a rustic stable-style door, and the two remaining bedrooms: a light and cosy twin, and a fresh, airy double. Accessed from the ground-floor bedroom or from the lounge’s bi-fold doors, the charming courtyard is enclosed by a fence and red brick wall and adorned with an array of garden accessories. The gravelled space has a BBQ and ample outdoor furniture, offering a relaxing spot to sit out with your pet lying in the shade.
The stunning beach at Beadnell Bay is just a mile south and welcomes pets throughout the year. Most of the beaches along this stretch of coast are pet friendly, including Bamburgh, Seahouses and Newton Haven, all within 6 miles. Dogs are also welcome in the grounds of Bamburgh Castle and Dunstanburgh Castle (both within 8 miles) and can join you for a boat trip to the tranquil Farne Islands (5 miles).
