Another coastal town that’s well worth adding to the itinerary is Aldeburgh. Rich in culture and heritage, the town hosts an annual literary festival and has a plethora of galleries to explore. The town is also known for its delicious fish and chips. The area is a haven for walkers, with nearby routes taking you around the perimeter of RSPB Minsmere (9 miles) and Dunwich Heath (8 miles).
