This delightful two-storey house makes a perfect holiday retreat for couples and smaller families seeking a cosy and tranquil getaway with their beloved four-legged friend in a beautiful part of Suffolk. Southwold’s bustling High Street is just around the corner, offering many great places to eat and drink. Southwold is a friendly seaside town with shops, amusements, and attractions. Let four paws sniff out the adventures on the way to explore the lighthouse, pier and Denes Beach (0.5 miles), which is happy to have your pup go mutts all year round.

Entering this pretty property, head through the spacious hallway and upstairs to the colourful, airy open-plan lounge/diner. This delightful living space features a cosy seating area where you can sit back and unwind with your canine companion asleep at your feet. The dining table is thoughtfully positioned next to the window overlooking the garden and towards Southwold Common. The French windows from the lounge lead onto a balcony with a bistro table and chairs and a wrought-iron spiral staircase leading down to the garden. Head to must-see Kessingland (8.5 miles) for a lovely four-legged beach romp.

Lovely well maintained house very conveniently located for all southwold facilities. Clean with excellent self catering facilities. Outside space limited to small balcony (room for 2 chairs and small table) and a dark courtyard which gets very limited sunlight. Very narrow entrance to courtyard parking.

Very pleasant accommodation, just off the main street and with parking - Ideal! Property is larger than its name suggests and very comfortable. It's a bit draughty and quite cold - better suited for summer than late November. I think the central heating isn't very efficient and nor is the double glazing. Also - during a storm rainwater came floodRead moreing in the air-vent of one of the windows! Team in Southwold very quickly sorted a problem with the TV reception. All in all we would return - just not in the autumn/winter! Hide

This was a lovely place to stay - very central, spacious and with views from the upstairs balcony. Perfect for two people but with space for two more. The location meant the house was quiet and peaceful, although very near the town centre.

The cottage we stayed in in Southwold was in a lovely and central location - the cottage was fully equipped. The only downside was that there was hardly a garden....just a patio with slabs that could do with a good clean scrub! But, having said that, I would stay in the cottage again as it had the advantage of a parking space.

A very comfortable and attractive property with one car parking space. Situated within easy walking distance of high street shops, restaurants and sea front, but still quiet and secluded.
