Take three steps up to enter and usher Fido into the utility room to dry his paws and hang his lead. Pop his towel straight into the washer/dryer then take him through into the lounge. Light the wood burner and settle down to watch the Smart TV, play a game or read your book as your chum relaxes after his long walk. Alternatively, head through to the lounge/kitchen/diner, where a second seating area, complete with another Smart TV and wood burner, is up two steps from the kitchen. Feed Fido and serve dinner to everyone else at the table. There is also a WC downstairs. The family bathroom and bedrooms are all on the first floor. These include two doubles, one with en-suite shower room and the other, which is two steps down, with spectacular views; there is also two twin rooms. Take your four-legged friend out into the courtyard garden to pad about on fine days. There is parking here for three cars.
Set off on scenic dog walks right from the front door of this cottage. A 4-mile circular walk from Hawes, takes you alongside the River Ure and through beautiful countryside. Visit renowned Aysgarth Falls, 10 miles away, where you and Fido can wander through the trees to the waterfalls and your pup can paddle in the cold clear water.
