Treat your furry best friend to a stay at this pretty, contemporary cottage with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, gorgeous interiors, and a lovely, enclosed garden. Close to the village centre, with a pub and a park, it’s perfect for walkies on the stunning beach and exploring North Norfolk.

The cottage has been lovingly furnished with lots of attention to detail; gorgeous furniture and soft furnishings make it super cosy and comfy. Go into the spacious, bright and light open-plan living space where you’ll want to relax on the sofa and watch the Smart TV or listen to music after a brilliant day out and open the French doors on warm evenings. Rustle up tasty meals in the smart kitchen, which has everything you’ll need and a small table for breakfast, eat evening meals together at the dining table. There’s a separate WC on the ground floor and the two stylish bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor: a gorgeous king with en-suite shower room, a pretty twin, and the bathroom. Let your four-pawed friend roam in the fenced/walled garden while you laze in the sun on the sun loungers and get the BBQ going for al fresco evenings.

Grab the lead and head to the quiet beach (0.5 miles) for a walk or take your beach gear and set up camp for the day on the golden sands. Organise a day of sea fishing, horse riding or water sports, play golf and crazy golf in Mundesley, take the kids to the skate park, and visit the village’s maritime museum, one of the smallest in the UK. Wander along the coast path to Bacton (2 miles), pop to Hickling Broad (15 miles), Blickling Hall (13 miles), stop for a drink or dinner at the canine-friendly pub overlooking the beach.

Samphire Cottage was in an excellent location for us, walking distance to the beach & pub. The property was fitted out to a high standard, we couldn't fault it and will certainly book again.

This was the perfect location for our autumnal break - warm and cosy and just a few minutes' walk from the sea. The cottage was comfortable and well-equipped with good parking and a quiet, relaxing location. Would certainly recommend.

Great location, 10 mins from beach. Very comfortable modern property and very well equipped with everything you might need. Good base for that part of Norfolk. Shops and pub within walking distance. Easily lived up to our expectations and would be happy to recommend it.

A lovely modern cottage in a very quiet location. All mod cons....and there was even tea, coffee and a pint of fresh milk when we arrived....easy walk to the sea...10 mins max....the perfect base from.which to explore the surrounds of Mundesley, whether walking, cycling (hire them in the village) or by car...
