We had a really lovely stay, everything was really clean when we arrived. We were a bit worried with it being a new build but the area is so lovely and it has such a cottage feel. We went with our 11 month old and it was great for him. They even had toys for him to play with. Easy to put up stair gates provided. Comfiest bed we slept really well. PRead moreerfect location with short walk to the beach. Really easy check in and we had the loveliest time. The only thing I will say is there is a bit of an ant problem. There was an ant device by the front door and ant powder which we used. We did hoover them up once which helped. Although not ideal, I wouldnt let it put you off staying here! Hide

Lovely location and high spec property. Welcome pack nice touch, thank you. Unfortunately, we experienced a maintenance problem, but the owner tried to rectify it as soon as notified. ( these things happen)

Clean and comfortable accommodation ideally located near to beach and many of Norfolks attractions. Very dog friendly. We were toasty warm and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is a lovely little house within walking distance of the beach. It was very clean but also dog friendly. Dogs aren't allowed upstairs but they provide stair gates so that isn't a problem. They also provide dog bowls in case you forget to take some. The Ship Inn by the beach does great food to eat in and fish and chips to take away.

Very happy overall. The property is well situated, well kept & well equipped for a very comfortable stay - especially liked the Orla Kiely furnishings & the artwork throughout.The beach cafe is well worth a visit. Plenty of places to walk dogs - no restrictions on the beach after end of September. Would also recommend the local Chinese takeaway& boRead moreth pubs (The Royal & The Ship) offer plenty of choice for those who don't want to cook. The only downside in the evenings was the lack of street lighting - take a torch if you are walking after dark. Would highly recommend a visit to Winterton-On-Sea .... seal watching was a highlight! Such a short walk to everywhere. Comfortable property with everything you need, quiet location. Only a small thing but felt the garden furniture could do with an update.

Lovely cottage in a quiet area! Beds so comfy!.. Home from home!!! If you need more than the beach take a 20min ride to Cromer!!! If you have mobility issues please note it is a good few steps or ramp down to the beach

This cottage is in a very convenient area to walk to the beach and the seafront - yet it is in a quiet location. The cottage is very comfortable and has everything you need. Weve stayed at this property before and returned because we had such a lovely time previously. The location is great and upstairs in the house was well-kept, clean, and comfortable just as we remembered. However, we were a little disappointed with our most recent visit due to a couple of issues. The garden was very overgrown, which made it diffRead moreicult for our young daughter to play safely and for our dog to enjoy being outside. It felt a little unkempt compared to our previous stay. More significantly, we experienced an ongoing ant infestation around the front door and kitchen area. We first noticed the ants on our arrival and found ant powder in the cupboard, which we used, but unfortunately the problem worsened throughout our stay. The ants became a real issue, especially as our dog was sleeping downstairs and couldnt settle due to them being in the hallway and kitchen. This ultimately led to us cutting our holiday short by a day. We still have fond memories of the property from our first visit and can see its potential, but we hope these maintenance issues can be addressed for future guests. The accommodation was ideal for us and our dogs. The beach, cafes, pubs were closeby. Kitchen was well equipped so Mundsleys limited eating out options did not bother us. We're thinking of going again in future.

the cottage was in a great location. A large area for dogs to be walked. There are no street lights however. The beach was a short walk and huge. Lots of places to visit in the car. Cottage was excellent. Warm cosy and well equipped
