Heading to the coast, Caister-on-Sea (5 miles) and Winterton-on-Sea (9 miles) both have lovely dog-friendly beaches, as does the bustling resort of Great Yarmouth (8 miles) which has plenty of arcades, amusements, rides, pubs and restaurants.
