Fall in love with this large, elegant property which is right by the beach in the lovely village of Trevone and welcomes two canine companions. Whether a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion, it’s perfect for a family or friends get-together where you’ll make wonderful memories.

There’s plenty of space in this beautifully furnished and styled house, set over three storeys. Gather in the open-plan living space on the first floor, with a high-spec kitchen at one end, dining table in the centre and a lounge area at the far end, plus a snug off to the side with lovely views of the beach. On the ground floor, you’ll find a super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (and sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements), plus a king-size and a twin bedroom sharing a shower room. On this floor, there’s also a downstairs lounge with a snooker table and sofa bed. The remaining two bedrooms, one king-size and one triple room, are on the second floor and share a shower room. When the sun shines you’ll want to spend time outside on the deck, where there’s shower and WC, as well as a gas BBQ and furniture for dining alfresco.

Next to the house, Trevone’s sandy beach is popular with surfers and also great for paddling, sunbathing and ball games (pups restricted during the daytime from mid-May till September). Or get out and about to the other six of the renowned ‘seven bays for seven days’ – which welcome pups all year and are within 5 miles. A 2-mile drive takes you to foodie Padstow, from where you can work off your delicious meal with a stroll along the Camel Trail, a car-free, disused railway line running through scenic countryside to Wadebridge and Bodmin.

The property is very well equipped and spacious. The layout is interesting. The location is superb for those interested in bathing and surf. Departure by 9.00 a.m. is a challenge for a large group but with planning we still managed an early morning swim and left on time.

Ideal property for big groups. Amazing location with fabulous sea views and stunning sunsets. Plenty of indoor space to relax in if the weather turns. Hot tub is a nice bonus, as are the two dishwashers. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful house. The view was very special. The house had everything we needed, it was spacious, comfortable, had all the gadgets you could possible need. Didnt want to leave. There are plenty of walks from the house, a local pub and the beach on your doorstep. We even braved a New Years Day dip.

We had a wonderful stay in Garendon. The location is superb....just a few steps from the beautiful Trevone beach. We loved the house, perfect for a multigenerational holiday. House and location is ideal for a multigenerational family. It catered for everyones needs. Space to read whilst others might watch the tv or play games. Safe place for children and perfect proximity to the beach, coastal walks and cafe. Loved it.

100 yards from the lovely sandy beach is not bad for a holiday home! Wonderful views, excellent accommodation on 3 floors, meant plenty of space for a family celebration.

We had a lovely extended family stay in Garendon. The location is perfect, being so close to the beautiful beach at Trevone and it is quiet too.
