Adventure awaits on the fantastic Norfolk Coast AONB when staying in this spectacular barn conversion. Promising quality time with your entire pack, this lovely holiday home boasts plenty of room for six guests and two dogs to have a ball together. Fill your evenings with excellent food, cracking entertainment and unrivalled company after long days of throwing tennis balls on sandy beaches or exploring rewarding walkies along the scenic coast path.

Rustic decor and character original features bring charm to this utterly unique reverse-level accommodation. Step inside and stop off in the generously proportioned entrance hallway to leave muddy boots and give sandy paws a quick wipe down. You’ll find all three bedrooms right here on the ground floor, with the small double featuring doors to the outside. Sniff out a good time on the first floor, discovering a sprawling open-plan living space with a lounge, kitchen and diner. A mezzanine snug accessed via a ladder offers an Xbox 360. Whether you’re preparing a delicious dinner, sinking into the L-shaped sofa by the Smart TV or relaxing with a sundowner on one of two balconies, we’re sure you’ll find your four-pawed pals curled up cosy in the warmth of the wood burner.

You’ll want to keep your energetic doggos on a lead when exploring the local beauty spot of the Sidestrand and Trimingham Cliffs (0.5 miles). These are some of the highest clifftops on the East Coast with magnificent views all around. For pups who prefer to run with the wind in their hair and sand beneath their paws, the local Trimingham Beach (2.5 miles) is an ever-popular dog-walking destination with no pet restrictions. Take a peaceful promenade up to Mundesley Beach (3.5 miles) to spot the colourful beach huts, wandering into the village for a treat before venturing home.

We had a delightful holiday at Bridge Barn. The house is very comfortable and well equipped and in a quiet location convenient for Cromer and the beaches. We have happily rebooked for another year.

Comfortable property In lovely surroundings. Enjoyed views from open plan living area. Balcony well equipped and great to sit and enjoy sun,especially in early morning. Both bathrooms adequate but lack of toilet upstairs difficult for people in their eighties! Polite and helpful response from you when lights fused in kitchen area

Cosy, comfortable, well equipped, spacious barn. Lovely layout and plenty of space, perfect for a family with the extra space upstairs for older children to use. We have spent 2 Christmases at Bridge Barn and loved them both. Thoroughly recommended.
