From golden sands to boutique shops, everything you need is just a stone’s throw from this cute and quirky terraced property, an ideal getaway for solo travellers or couples plus a four-pawed friend. It offers a warm welcome after a day on the beach or a bracing coastal hike.

There’s a real sense of comfort throughout this gorgeous cottage, in which traditional features such as planked doors and old beams mingle with pretty furnishings and interesting artwork. The bijou kitchen is centred around a gas Aga, though there is also a small oven and a microwave to allow plenty of versatility for the cook. Enjoy your meals at the folding table in the lounge, where there’s also a snuggly sofa and a TV – relax in this romantic atmosphere with your canine companion curled up by your feet. Head up the cottage-style stairs and you’ll find a nautical-themed bathroom and the beautiful double bedroom which, like the lounge, is half-panelled with painted tongue-and-groove timber for a super-cosy look. A small, shared courtyard at the back of the cottage is a great spot for some fresh air.

This gorgeous cottage is located just off Southwold’s high street, in the heart of an array of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants, perfect for indulging in some retail therapy or trying out the local seafood. In 300 metres you can be at the sandy beach, while in high summer the dog-friendly alternative, Denes Beach, is less than 0.5 miles to the south. A stroll around this quintessential coastal town is fascinating - the iconic lighthouse dominates many vistas, and don’t miss the Victorian pier, with its eccentric array of slot machines. From the coast path to inland, there are also plenty of fabulous walking trails around this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Great, cosy property. The cottage was very clean, our only criticism was that is was very warm as the AGA throws out a lot of heat. The cottage is in a perfect location, great for exploring beautiful Southwold. I would book this cottage again.

Pebbles is an absolutely amazing cottage I truly loved it in every way, I could easily live there , it was homely, cosy , very comfortable the towels and bed linen was excuisite soft new and a very good size. A bottle of wine was left for me and flowers in a vase on the table, the bed was already made up for me, I cannot find any fault with the cotRead moretage. I did not have to wash any kitchen utensils up before I used them and there was a clean washing up brush cloth and sponge all these things are important to me. I am really hoping I can go back again. Thank you.. Hide

Lovely cottage personal items makes it feel like home. Comfortable bed and settee. Wicker chair needs replacing as side of chair broken. Some utensils dirty in utensil jar. Dusty under table where place mats where stored. We had a lovely time there.
