This contemporary holiday home is set across two storeys with plenty of stylish decor inside. The cosy lounge with cushy seating, a Smart TV and wood burner is a superb spot for spending evenings in together. Let Fido curl up by the warm glow of the fire as you sit and chat, play a board game or select a favourite film. Also on the ground floor is a modern kitchen/diner with all the mod-cons, an abundance of seating options and French doors leading out onto the garden. Let children and pets play freely in the garden, it’s entirely enclosed and boasts a large lawn area. Having worn out the kids and exercised your dog, venture on up to the first floor to find four lovely bedrooms ready and waiting for a great night''s sleep.

Immerse yourselves in seaside life when staying in Mundesley. You’ll pass by plenty of village amenities and local chippies whilst on your daily dog walk down onto Mundesley Beach (0.5 miles). Once on the sand, you can hurl tennis balls for your pup to chase, just be sure to steer clear from the promenade section of the beach through the summer months. Along the coastal path, Trimingham Beach (2 miles) is also pet-friendly!

We had a wonderful holiday and appreciated the welcome pack. This is a perfect home for a family with plenty of space and equipment. It has an enclosed back garden which is safe. There is plenty to do in the local area and there are some great places to eat.

We really enjoyed our stay here in springtime. The house is high quality, modern interior, warm, friendly. Good large kitchen/diner. Beds extremely comfortable.

Lovely house, as per the pictures and description. Very child friendly with highchair, travel cot and plastic plates and cups. Set in a quiet housing development the house is a short walk or drive to the beach. Would def recommend.

The house was beautiful & clean. It had plenty of equipment & utensils etc. The only item it would benefit from is a small saucepan

This is a lovely house with plenty of space and everything you will need for you to enjoy a lovely holiday/break. Super nice modern decor. And, just ten minutes walk to beach.
