Garden Cottage is a cosy retreat where you can feel at home and relax. Conveniently located in the village of a holt with all the shops and restaurants which was ideal for our family. The cottage had everything we needed, clean and homely. We would definitely return and highly recommend.

Handy location with parking, within walking distance of shops, art galleries, pubs etc. Good position for outings to beaches, towns, National Trust, Historic Houses and Gardens etc. Lovely, well modernised cottage with comfortable beds and a welcoming home from home. We particularly liked the vinyl flooring in the kitchen and dining room and theRead more refurbished Victorian dining table. We wish we had kept ours which had been gifted to us over 43 years ago on our marriage! Hide

Loved the cottage for the most part. Sofas were a little uncomfy and we both struggled to sit on them to relax at the end of the day. Great location to potter around Holt and to venture around Norfolk.

Overall very good however the lounge carpet wasnt very clean. Fitting into the toilets was a bit of a challenge and would be impossible for alarge person.

The location was great and the property was quite spacious but the bathroom/toilets let it down. I have no idea how large people cope in the toilet as it was in a cupboard. If the owners took the wall down between bathroom and toilet it would enhance the property greatly. Or simply remove the bath !
