Located on a characterful farm in Llannor, near Pwllheli, this stunning converted barn offers great style as well as a peaceful environment for families and up to two tail-wagging best friends.
Wow-factor is written all over this fabulous getaway, which combines original features and Welsh materials with industrial touches and a bold colour scheme. The lounge/diner is truly inviting, with exposed beams (taller people, mind your heads!) and a leather sofa on which you can snuggle around the wood burner after a day in the fresh air. A step up leads to the kitchen, where an exposed-stone wall contrasts with wooden cabinets and concrete worktops. Cooking will be a pleasure in this gorgeous space, and for the functional side of things, you have a separate utility room – the perfect place to pop down Fido’s food bowl. On this floor, there’s also a luxurious wet room, while upstairs, you’ll find the two spacious bedrooms, a double and a twin, filled with striking and characterful furnishings. BBQ on the enclosed patio, furnished with a seating area, or chill on the raised deck where there are outdoor bean bags, enjoying the far-reaching countryside views while your canine companions run off their energy on the lawn. If you wish, there are also two large outdoor kennels for doggy use.
The cottage is just a couple of miles from the bustling coastal town of Pwllheli, the unofficial capital of the Llyn Peninsula. The town is home to two great beaches, South Beach and Glan-y-Mor, free for your pet to roam with the exception of a small area of beach near the prom between May and September. The charming north coast fishing village of Morfa Nefyn is 6 miles away, famous for its dog-friendly beach and a fabulous pub, the Ty Coch Inn.
Important - Please do not leave your dogs unattended in the cottage.
