Step through the front door to be greeted by a lavish symmetrical staircase and cool, contemporary decor with premium fitting and furnishings. After a fun-filled day of exploring, run damp doggy towels through the washing machine and tumble dryer in the handy utility room, before competing for winning status in the large games room. Table tennis, pool, dart board, skittles, electric piano and more awaits in this room for the small kids and the big. Once you’ve reigned your champion, explore the rest of the ground floor, where you’ll find three lavish king-size bedrooms, all with en-suites, and a twin room, ready to lay weary heads. Rally the troops to the living area, where four-legged and two-legged friends will relish in finding their snoozing spot in front of the electric fire. For movie nights in, make the popcorn in the contemporary kitchen, and nestle into your seat in the cinema room, where you’ll find comfy seating and surround-system. Draw straws for the impressive master bedroom on the first floor, housing a super-king-size bed, an en-suite with Jacuzzi bath, superb views over the garden and a private balcony complex with sun loungers and deck chairs. Up a spiral staircase leads you to a mezzanine where twin beds can be used as a lovely family suite. In the morning, let the dogs play on the rear terrace, where groomed flower beds and fabulous views are sure to make you feel at home.

Get sandy toes and paws at the remarkable seaside village of Tresaith. Within 400 metres of the house, this sandy beach is famous for its sailing history and has a secret entrance to another beach, through a waterfall. The facilities and fittings are superb. We had 3 teenagers who found the cinema and games room exceptional and coffee in the garden room was looked forward to. The seating and space is outstanding, so poor weather can easily be coped with if you want to stay in. To get to the beach you need to be quite active. Although not very far, the first part Read moreis on quite a steep road and the second part is a large number of steps down to beach/pub level - a bit of a challenge for a return and in the dark! We came to celebrate our sons 40th birthday and have had a lovely time. Weather not too good, but games room compensated for that. Good food at the Ship, comfortable beds to come home to. All in all a wonderful place to stay

What a wonderful house! The location and facilities were excellent and we all felt very comfortable in the house. The games room & cinema room were a bit hit together with the lovely beach and the costal path close by. Thoroughly recommend renting this property.

Ty Dolffin is an amazing property, in a superb location and ideal for our three generation, with dog, family holiday. The house was equipped with everything we could possibly have needed, and a great deal more. The owners made personal contact before our arrival and we felt like guests in a friend's home, rather than "property renters". I cannoRead moret think of an appropriate superlative to describe it. Don't hesitate, just book it! Hide
