It has heaps of original features and lots of space for a large group of friends or family, a twin bedroom and shower room on the ground floor, and a pretty garden with a patio.

We had a lovely week at Burrows Farm East! The cottage is in a perfect situation to access, cafes, pubs, shops and beach. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is half of a lovely old thatched house in a great position, yards from a bakery in the village centre and a 15-minute walk from the beach. The kitchen is well equipped, theres plenty of space to sit and the beds are reasonably comfortable. We had a great time but it may be worth knowing that the garden contains small hazards for small Read morechildren, including a sloping drop, and our Golden Retriever easily jumped the gate into a road. An amazing location and well equipped cottage. The bathroom is slightly outdated upstairs but fully functional and the location and rest of property more than makes up for it.

Bed linen and towels etc need updating. It would be nice if they were matching in the rooms. Bathroom upstairs need a revamp, very 70s.

This is a lovely comfortable home which our group of 6 adults, a toddler and a dog, all thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated. As stated, the cottage really is set in a great location, with very easy access to shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach. The owner and the housekeeper are on hand and were quick to resolve a minor issue in finding the listedRead more stair-gate. It is worth noting, when planning grocery provisions for a large group, that there is only an under-counter fridge in the kitchen, and a separate small counter-top freezer in the utility porch; and that the local shops nearby are well stocked. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. Hide

The cottage was ideal in every way! Perfect position in the centre of the village but still a peaceful spot. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The garden was secluded and a great place to catch the last rays of evening sun. Thank you for letting us stay.
