This sunny dog-friendly cottage in pretty Mundesley offers wonderful coastal views from its clifftop spot on Norfolk’s north-east coast. It’s lovely and bright and airy, and enjoys an enviable position on the east end of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Take your four-legged friend on long, satisfying walks through coastal marshes and sand dunes then look forward to cosy evenings with your loved ones. With room for three humans and one doggie, it’s ideal for a couple or a small family.
A sweet traditional decor awaits you inside – think floral upholstery, antique-style ornaments and wooden furniture for a homely atmosphere. The open-plan living space has large picture windows framing the spectacular sea views. There are cosy sofas plus plenty of carpet space for your pet to lounge while you watch something on TV. On bright mornings, relax in the sunroom with a book and coffee and allow the solar rays to warm your skin. At the front of the property, there’s a large grassy area where children can play as your pet chows down on her holiday bone and you all breathe in those lovely sea breezes.
You can join the scenic Norfolk Coast Path from your front door, for doggie-delighting walkies that go on for miles and miles. You won’t have far to go to the beach, either – it’s just 200 metres away (some dog restrictions apply during the summer months). For days out by the sea, we recommend Cromer (7.5 miles) and also Sheringham (11.5 miles), where you can take your faithful companion on a steam train to Holt (great photo opportunity!).
