In terms of outdoor space, the upstairs balcony has a dining table and chairs, offering the most spectacular views. The downstairs patio has seating too, and a path leads to an enclosed pebbled area and further seating. The property’s garage is great for large sporting equipment, and houses a utility area - perfect for towelling down dogs.
One of the area’s most loved spots are the huge dunes at Braunton Burrows, but Saunton Sands is also popular with families and surfers. Dogs are never short of a dramatic walk or two across the clifftops. Braunton offers a choice of cafes, restaurants and shops, and don’t miss The Museum of British Surfing.
