This immaculately presented stone-built cottage is the perfect location for a wonderful couple’s break or family holiday in the coastal Cornish countryside. The warming wood burners that now live in these fireplaces are sure to be popular with the furry members of the family. The sleek, modern kitchen will make mealtimes a breeze, or choose to dine al fresco and enjoy a tasty BBQ from the comfort of the patio''s outdoor dining set. Fido will love to explore the safely enclosed lawn and investigate the charming folly-style playhouse. Surrounded by countryside and set in the pretty little hamlet of Trew, fantastic countryside walks to get tails wagging begin on your doorstep. 3 miles away, the historic fishing village of Porthleven is home to an eclectic array of fabulous restaurants and galleries and a vast sandy beach where canine companions are welcome to roam to the east year-round. Alternatively, strike out along the South West Coast Path from Porthleven to Praa Sands, a 3.5-mile trek that takes in some spectacular cliff-top scenery. After all that exercise, you and your hound will need refreshment and there are many dog-friendly cafes and pubs in both Praa Sands and Porthleven where you will often find a water bowl and doggie treat awaiting Rover''s arrival.

This is my second stay at jobs cottage (first time for my lifelong friend) We had a lovely stay and hope to come again. Cottage lovely and cosy and beds really comfy. Week wasnt long enough!

Fantastic cottage with everything we needed, including a large garden for the dog. Great location, in a quiet hamlet which was close enough to get to the shops and great for visiting lots of places. Jobs Cottage is finished to a very high standard. It has everything you could wish for. It is comfortable, stylish and feels like home from home. We could easily live there 24/7! We stayed in mid-September and the weather was warm enough so we enjoyed sitting outside in the beautiful garden. We would happily book this cottage again.

Lovely cottage in a good location. We stayed a week with our dog and enjoyed the beautiful coastal walks around Cornwall. It has a good sized laundry for the dog and all our walking gear. And a big sunny garden a bonus. We will be back one day!
