Everyone is catered for in this fantastic St Ives property, even your four-pawed member of the family! Benefiting from the best of both worlds, this three-bedroom place boasts both an exceptional town-centre location and its own private patio space, entirely enclosed to ensure you’ve got somewhere to exercise the dog first thing in the morning and just before bed. The property itself offers a real top-dog base for any group of friends or extended family to spend time, happily hosting eight guests and one pup. A truly inter-generational holiday home, you’ll find all the necessary children’s furniture you may need throughout your stay.
Open-plan living awaits on the first floor of this two-storey house, benefiting from far-reaching views out to sea and across the harbour. With a vaulted ceiling and quality wooden beams, this lounge/diner presents an exceptional place for putting feet (or paws) up on an evening. Fido can lovingly curl up by your side and snooze away whilst you enjoy the Smart TV or the Bluetooth speaker. On the ground floor, you’ll find the kitchen with patio access, two shower rooms and all three bedrooms, one king-size and two twins. There’s also an extremely handy utility room down here, ideal for throwing in sandy dog towels after a day on Bamaluz Beach. This is a dog friendly house, but if you have a dog that likes to bark then this isn’t the house for you out of consideration for our neighbours.
Both of St Ives’ designated doggy beaches, Bamaluz and Lambeth Walk, can be reached within half a mile, perfect for those pets who love to chase tennis balls with sand beneath their paws. The Penwith Heritage Coast with its rugged countryside and clifftop scenery is just 1 mile away, so set off for long walks with plenty of puppy treats packed away and explore vibrant views along the South West Coast Path (1 mile). A short drive to Hayle (5 miles) offers the opportunity to pick up a tasty Cornish pasty and let Rover run on Gwithian Beach (8 miles).
