This beautiful apartment situated in an elevated position in St Ives is ideal for couples or a family with a special pup looking for a relaxing holiday on the Cornish coast. The beautiful fishing town of St Ives is perfect for exploring with your hound, and although walks on most beaches must be before 10am and after 6pm in July and August, Bamaluz Beach is less than 500 metres away and open for paw prints all day, every day.

This lovely ground-floor property is a great getaway for coastal adventurers and offers gorgeous views of St Ives Bay. The apartment has a private patio entrance which leads you into the inviting open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The flat has bright natural tones and a calming coastal blue in many of the rooms. Two comfortable sofas surround a Smart TV in the living area, and there is a lovely rug for four paws to nap on. From the living area, you enter the contemporary kitchen/dining room, which is equipped with everything you need to prepare a memorable meal, as well as a large wooden dining table where you can sit and eat together. From the hallway, you have access to the spacious double and twin bedrooms, each with a Smart TV and a set of patio doors. A modern bathroom completes this well-presented apartment. Outside, you can dine alfresco on a private decked patio area and take in the views.

There are many attractions nearby for you to enjoy, including the walk from Helston (14.5 miles) to the Penrose Estate and back. Let your hound lead you on this mainly flat 4-mile route, which is also suitable for buggies. Wildlife fans will enjoy the Cornish Sealife Sanctuary (20 miles), where you can learn more about seals and penguins and take your four-legged friend for a walk in the woods. Or head to Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens (7 miles), set in breathtaking surroundings in a sheltered valley overlooking St Michael’s Mount. The gardens will have tails wagging as your dogs explore the garden and contemporary artworks with you.

Lovely apartment in a great location, with the added bonus of a private parking space. Only a few mins walk to the beach and town centre. Would definitely recommend
