Access the apartment via an external flight of 20 steps from the private driveway, which provides parking for one car. As you ascend, notice the private, glass-fronted balcony furnished with outdoor seating – a lovely spot to enjoy fresh sea air. Inside, the apartment is laid out on a single level, featuring a welcoming lounge/diner and a separate, well-equipped kitchen. Every winding corner of St Ives’ town centre promises something new to discover, from independent galleries and welcoming pubs to quality restaurants. Wander down to Porthmeor Beach (0.5 miles) to watch surfers ride the Atlantic swells, then head up onto the South West Coast Path towards Clodgy Point (1 mile) for breathtaking views. Continue along this iconic trail to uncover more of Cornwall’s stunning countryside, venturing as far as Seal Island (4 miles), where colonies of seals can often be seen basking on the rocks below.

We loved our stay and found it extremely well equipped, probably better than any other place we've stayed at. We enjoyed the space and view from the living room. Whilst the location wouldn't be for everybody, the hill out of St Ives is quite a pull, the walk helps work off the pasties and ice creams eaten.

Lovely clean apartment which we have visited many times before. The parking space is a brilliant boon. Access to 2 Clearway is very easy. We will definitely stay there again and we're are looking forward to our next visit.

Good location with parking which is a plus, needs redecorating and new glazed units in some widows, we had a problem with shower nearly overflowing due to shower trap not been cleaned, bed was very comfortable, no lighting on steep steps which was issue when returning back on an evening needs better maintenance to the property.

The cottage was ideally located , close to the beach and the town. It was very well appointed and the sea view from the lounge window was much appreciated . Would certainly consider booking again

Great property in a fantastic location. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, town and harbour. We had everything we needed in the property and having a car parking space was a very big plus as there is limited parking in St Ives.

Fabulous views of the bay from the sitting / dining room and balcony area. Property has a well equipped kitchen (air fryer, coffee machine, dishwasher, wine cooler). We visited 2 Clearwater 6 years ago and since then the shower room has had a great update - modern with large rainfall shower etc. Im sure well be back again!
