Join your favourite humans and hound in this stylish home overlooking St Ives Bay. Sleeping eight guests and one pup, the property is ideal for family reunions and get-togethers with friends. The town’s shops, restaurants, harbour, and woof-friendly beach are all within 0.5 miles of the property. On a summer’s day, dine alfresco in the sunny patio, which is fully enclosed for your canine buddy.
The three-storey holiday home has a reverse-level layout, to maximise the stunning sea views. On the ground floor, you’ll find the first of two stylish bedrooms, as well as the utility room and kitchen/diner. This sociable space is ideal for hosting dinner parties and family celebrations and is also a good place for the woofer to set up camp, with direct access to the garden. Upstairs, on the half landing, is the family bathroom. A few further steps lead to another bedroom, and the lounge. With a vast bay window offering panoramic views, this room really does have the wow factor. A king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, located on the top floor, completes the property. Outside, the walled patio garden is the ideal place to unwind in the Cornish sunshine. There’s also a handy outdoor shower for cleaning sandy paws.
Your nearest stretch of sand is the gorgeous Porthmeor Beach (200 metres), which is a family-friendly spot with excellent conditions for swimming and water sports. The beach has a seasonal dog restriction, so if you want to visit with Rover you’ll need to head down in the early morning or after 6pm. Alternatively, wander into the heart of the town to Bamaluz Beach (0.5 miles), which is a quiet cove that allows four-pawed beach-goers all year. The surrounding area has some fantastic doggy-friendly family attractions, including the Cornish Seal Sanctuary (20.5 miles).
