Picture yourself sipping drinks on the patio, heading out with your furry friends for a walk or wandering into Newquay to a cool bar followed by dinner somewhere special. This stunning house, in an amazing location close to Lusty Glaze Beach, has a gorgeous, enclosed garden and is the perfect place to enjoy a large group holiday or celebrate a special occasion.

It has lots of luxurious features, with stylish interiors throughout, incredible views, and state-of-the-art technology; there’s even a piano, underfloor heating, and a family room with a second Smart TV as well as a huge lounge. One of the four bedrooms is downstairs, a super-king/twin, along with a wet room. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor: a twin, a second bedroom that can be a super-king or a twin (with an en-suite shower room), and a king-size bedroom with a balcony and awesome views of the beach. There’s also a bathroom with a separate bath on the first floor. Outside, there’s a large lawn for kids and canines to enjoy, a spacious patio and other seating areas to hang out. You can store bikes, surfboards and games in the garage and there’s also an outdoor shower and a fourth WC.

Lusty Glaze Beach is just over 150 metres away where there are summertime acoustic sessions from leading musical artists and a variety of food-inspired events throughout the year. You’ll also find an action-packed water sports adventure centre and the Lusty Glaze Beach Bar and Restaurant – all of which make it worth the 133 steps down to the beach! Newquay has a range of fantastic places to eat and drink and there are lots of walks for you and your canine companions to enjoy nearby.

Beautiful space and gardens, amazing amount of space to relax in, especially if a full house of 8- many places only have a single seating area. The house has 2 sitting rooms, an offset, orangery type area, and piano room/entrance way/ large porch/sitting area, plus dining room/breakfast bar. We made use of each area at times for time out, peace anRead mored to sit and read etc. Gardens were beautiful and large, Im only sad I went after super hot and dry summer, and that I didnt get to see the garden in absolute full bloom! Multiple outdoor seating areas and seats, lots of interest there too, large lawn, with lots of planting and space to explore. Outdoors shower and loo are a godsend after the beach! Save covering property in sand and having to clean afterwards. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen, much better stocked and supplied than my own at home. Even have plastic plates and jugs for outside use. Lots of books, games, information, and were some beach supplies in the shed also. Bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated too. 3 large bathrooms, and the bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor were brilliant for a guest with us who struggles with mobility. Lusty glaze beachamazing! The views, the facilities it has there. Stunning. Had a couple of events on when I was there, heard Pete Tong gig for free (at the cliff side! As it was sold out!) the amazing sunsets, the beautiful clear and warm Waters, got busy but never felt overwhelming. Be warned though- the steps are steep and plentiful, and you are passing people going the opposite way and staff having to lug allsorts of equipment up and down them, but everyone was friendly and patient with each other, how could anyone be grumpy with those views though? Also lots of well stocked bars there and pizza place. Toilets were clean and never had to queue long to use them. The main bedroom isnt en suite, but has the balcony, and the sunsets were beautiful. Absolutely looking to go back here again. Also worth a mention, we initially booked for May 2025, but a relative who was coming with us had a sudden diagnosis of a terminal disease and we knew sadly, we were not going to be able to make the journey with her, and the host/owner were so accommodating and understanding in moving our booking. It was only made 6-8 weeks before we were due to visit, and we postponed it to August 26, with a charge for the obvious increase in rate as peak season, which we were all very grateful for the empathy shown at a horrible time for us as a family. Cottage is perfect, absolutely faultless. Excellent location too, right next to Lusty Glaze beach and 5 min walk to Porth beach.

Perfect location and beautifully furnished and equipped property with everything you need. The outside shower and toilet was a bonus when coming in from beach. This was our second stay here and cant wait to return.

The house had everything we needed and more. It was very clean, well equipped and 3 lounges - which would help with a larger family. Location excellent for Lusty Glaze Beach as long you could manage 130 steps up and down. But there were other more accessible beaches within walking distance.
