Downstairs there are a further three bedrooms, two doubles and a bunk room, all with shared access to the family bathroom. The garage houses a table tennis table and offers plenty of space to store surf boards and bikes. And outside there is an enclosed rear lawn with picnic table.
The property is set in a quiet cul-de-sac location in the coastal village of Croyde and just a few hundred metres from the village’s shops, pubs and cafes, many of which welcome dogs. Just 400 metres away lies Croyde Beach and its beautiful, curved bay. Croyde and its sister beach Saunton (2.5 miles) are not only famed for being family and dog friendly, but offer world famous surfing conditions, often hosting world renowned competitions. Enjoy walkies along the cliff top trails of the dramatic North Devon Coast Path; nearby Baggy Point is a highlight.
