This lovely property is situated on the cliffs of Cromer and is ideal for a family or group of friends and a faithful pup looking for a unique setting for a relaxing and active holiday by the sea. Cromer beach is just 150 yards away and is a great family beach, however there are restrictions for your dog during the summer months.
Originally a coastguard lookout, this charming single-storey house built in 1926 is now a light and airy modern home with bright splashes of colour and a coastal theme that harmonises with the magnificent coastal views. The house is flooded with natural light and features an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Relax on the comfortable seating and watch TV or make your way to the dining table to play games and eat together. The conservatory is an ideal place to enjoy the view with a cup of tea and spend some quiet time with four paws napping at your feet. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to make meal preparation a breeze. When you want to rest, there are three bedrooms: a bunk room, ideal for two children, a twin room and a king-size room. The king-size room is accessed via two steps and has its own shower room. There is also a family bathroom. The enclosed garden offers plenty of space to enjoy the views or eat an al fresco BBQ on summer evenings watching the sunset. The garden is fenced, but please note that there is a gate at the front leading to an enclosed strip of old coastal path with direct access to the cliffs.
Nearby West Runton Beach (2.5 miles) is a great place to look for fossils and to play in the rock pools. There are some restricted areas for your hound during the summer months. Alternatively, let your dog sniff out adventures on the footpaths at Felbrigg Hall (3 miles), one of the most elegant country houses in East Anglia, or hop on the North Norfolk Steam Railway (4 miles) to enjoy the stunning Norfolk scenery from your carriage.
