Perfect for a family holiday, this immaculate lodge has a large, secure deck and is on a holiday park with lots of on-site facilities for children and adults. With seven beaches within a 2.5-mile radius, you won’t run out of fun things to do and exciting places to visit.
The spacious lodge is all on one level except for three steps up to the decked area. It’s light and bright with three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one an en-suite), and a large open-plan living room/kitchen/diner. Indoor entertainment is taken care of with a large Smart TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, Netflix, DVDs, and games. Outdoors, there’s a large, gated decked area, secure for youngsters and furry family members. There’s lovely garden furniture for relaxing or eating alfresco as well as an enclosed lawn and private parking.
The park features a bar that serves food, tennis courts, a dog exercise area, and a children’s outdoor play area (seasonal opening times may apply to some facilities). It’s just 1 mile from the village of St Merryn, with a fantastic selection of pubs, restaurants, and shops. Foodie heaven Padstow is 4.5 miles away and the surfing capital Newquay is a 12-mile drive. There are several beaches nearby, including Treyarnon Bay, 2.5 miles away, where your furry friends are welcome all year round. Treyarnon Bay is a great spot for body boarding, paddling and rock pooling, with parking, toilets, and a cafe. Play a round on the championship course at Trevose Golf and Country Club, 2 miles from the lodge, or treat yourself to a relaxing massage or beauty treatment there instead. There are several canine-friendly beaches close by and plenty of coastal and countryside walks to keep you and Fido happy.
