The property’s exterior gives nothing away about the spacious interiors of this bungalow with the funky, not-so-shabby chic features you’ll find inside. With a gorgeous, enclosed garden too, safe for the furry member of your party, you’ll be in Cornish heaven. It’s just over 300 metres from the sandy beach in the coastal village of Trevone with ample space for a large group to have a wonderful seaside holiday enjoying everything the local area has to offer.

The property is immaculate and stylish throughout, with four bedrooms – a king and a double, both of which have en-suite bathrooms, a twin, and a bunk room. It’s all on one level and the third bathroom has a walk-in shower. Bi-fold doors in the living/dining area (which has a cosy wood burner) open onto the lovely, secluded garden, with an al fresco dining area and lawn. It’s so close to the sea that you can hear the waves when you’re relaxing in the garden.

As well as having two beaches – a rocky one and a sandy one, perfect for different activities – Trevone has a farm shop, a cafe and a pub, and the locals love to get visitors involved in village fetes and activities. Padstow is just 2.5 miles away and is renowned for its amazing restaurants, stunning beaches, and harbour. Head off on a sea safari to explore the local marine life, book an adrenaline-seeking ride on a speedboat or just wander around Padstow’s shops and pop into one of its dog-friendly pubs for a leisurely drink. Canines and their best friends will love the coastal walks with stunning scenery and wildlife. A 6-mile circular walk runs from Trevone along the cliffs and headland to Stepper Point, with awe-inspiring views, and through the dunes inland through the Cornish countryside home.

Great location and layout and has been a great property over the years but its beginning to look tired and in need of a deep clean and refresh of contents. If that happened it would be fantastic once again. We want to give it 5 stars but its not there at the moment. Were sure it will be once again once issues are sorted.

Great property. We've stayed in Trevone many times and this is a fantastic house for a large family or group. Well equipped, lovely open living area and garden. Close to the beach, walks and shop. Highly recommended.

Morlanar is a super comfortable house in a great location, no more than a 2 minute walk to the beach, beach caf and bar, and adjacent to a field with horses which my granddaughters loved. Many other beaches are within walking distance although Trevone beaches are brilliant so no need to go far. We found the kitchen very well equipped and we had morRead moree than enough seating for us for dining and relaxing and a very safe and sunny garden for the girls. We particularly enjoyed and appreciated all the different art in every room. The bed linens and towels are of a very good quality and we all slept really well. Outdoor shower a great idea! We cannot wait to return, its absolutely perfect for a family holiday, and we loved it! Hide

Morlanar is a lovely home with a very private, contained garden in a brilliant location very close to the beach and coastal walks. It is extremely homely and cosy and we enjoyed the use of the wood burner. Being a bungalow it is also perfect for accommodating older relatives. We enjoyed the space and had a great week there.

Visited Morlanar this year and it's been fantastic. The location is superb and the layout was brilliant for the 5 of us. The kitchen/dining/lounge open plan area is very large and ideal when you want to spend time together as a family on holiday.
