A beautifully presented property on a quiet street in Padstow, this is the perfect family getaway. The house has been well thought out with lots of consideration for guests’ comfort. There’s an enclosed garden – safe for little ones and furry family members – and a lockable store if you want to take your bikes with you. It’s close to everything in town, as well as the beach and stunning walks.
The house is fresh and bright throughout. There’s a large lounge to relax in and three gorgeous bedrooms. The kitchen has a handy breakfast bar and there’s a lovely dining room in the conservatory with more space to sit and relax. There’s plenty of space outside too on the patio at the front – the perfect spot for your morning coffee – and the fenced rear garden with a large, decked area, a patio, and a BBQ with views across the estuary.
The house is just out of the town centre but close enough to wander in, with shops and pubs just over 300 metres away. North Cornwall is fantastic for surfing, and one of the best surfing beaches, Constantine Bay Beach, is just 4 miles away and is dog friendly all year round. There are gorgeous coastal walks on the South West Coast Path and cyclists and walkers will enjoy the Camel Trail, which traces the River Camel 18 miles from Padstow to Poley‘s Bridge on the edge of Bodmin Moor. Hop over to Rock on the ferry with your furry friends to explore the other side of the estuary. Visit Prideaux Place (0.5 miles from the town centre), an Elizabethan manor house with impressive formal gardens or head to Camel Creek Adventure Park (5 miles away) with outdoor rides and indoor entertainment for the whole family.
