Just metres from a beach and a short stroll away from the harbour and village, this property will appeal to all members of your group – be they family friends, or furry four-legged pals. Sleeping up to five guests in three bedrooms, the apartment has wonderful sea views from its lounge plus a south-facing patio area – making it great at any time of year.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the apartment building, though there are a short flight of steps up to the entrance. The open-plan living area combines the kitchen, dining room and living room all in one, making for an exceptionally sociable space for your trip. The kitchen has everything you should need for an easy self-catering holiday while there is plenty of comfortable seating for kicking back and relaxing to watch TV. The master bedroom has a king-size bed plus an en-suite shower room with a thermostatic shower, while the final two bedrooms are a twin and a single. The twin has beds which can be zipped together to form a super-king-size if needed. Both the twin and the single have use of the family bathroom. Outside, the large patio has garden furniture, so you can enjoy the space easily. It has fantastic sea views so, when the weather allows, you’ll undoubtedly spend a lot of your time here.

When you’re not at home, but exploring the wider area, you’ll find that Porthleven is a great town to visit. Its beach has long golden stretches of sand while it also has plenty of pubs and cafes. The closest pub to the property is under 500 metres away and is dog friendly, welcoming the most important member of your group with open arms and a doggy treat or two.

Nice location and a very nice apartment. This was nicely located on the edge of the town, with everything within walking distance. The facilities were complete and modern and with enough space. Well equipped flat. Great location especially good for dog owners as dogs allowed on left side of beach.

The location of the property was great for the beach etc, although it was very tight parking in the car park. The main issue we had was the extractor vent on the outside of the the ensuite bathroom making a noise all day and all night, keeping us awake. There didn't seem to be a way of stopping it flapping, it was very loud. The other issue was theRead more bed in the main bedroom, it was really hard and uncomfortable.
