Drink in a magnificent vista of sea and hills from comfortable seating in the spacious, light-filled living/dining room. The contemporary kitchen has a handy breakfast bar and there are three cosy bedrooms. The first, a king-size with an en-suite shower room, has French doors opening onto an outdoor seating area. It enjoys the same lovely sea views as the super-king-size, which can be made up as a twin on request. The third is a single, plus a pull-out bed, both suitable for children. A stylish family shower room completes the layout. Outside, the beautifully maintained garden features lawns, flower beds and patio areas. Your canine companions will be safe and sound in the enclosed area next to one of the patio areas.
Both Combe Martin’s sheltered beaches are popular spots for kayaking and village outlets provide equipment hire, training and kayak tours - a great way to see this dramatic coastline from the water. Your happy hounds are welcome to climb aboard the steam train on the Lynton and Barnstaple narrow gauge railway (8.5 miles) for a scenic ride through Exmoor National Park. Sea dogs can also hop on to a Sea Safari voyage boat trip from the harbour at Ilfracombe (5.5 miles). Look out for grey seals and, if you’re lucky, a pod of friendly dolphins following behind.
