Two lucky hounds are invited to share this impressive barn, an ideal choice for a family or group of friends for a celebration or a quiet country getaway. Explore the picturesque Hindringham Hall Gardens beside the barn or drive 10.5 miles north to reach the golden sands of Holkham Beach, where sea dogs are welcome to play all year round.

A beautiful barn set over three levels with a grand entrance with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors providing plenty of natural light. Walk up the steps and enter the spacious open-plan living area with a beautiful, vaulted ceiling. An extendable dining table, which seats up to 16 people, and comfortable sofas look out over the garden through the full-length picture windows. Through a small archway, you step into the kitchen, where preparing meals for many guests is a breeze. The wooden breakfast table seats 12, and French doors lead to the decked veranda. On the other side of the atrium is a snug with a comfortable corner sofa in front of a Smart TV - perfect for you or the pups to sneak off to. Along the corridor is an open space with a sitting area, a family bathroom and two bedrooms - a double with a large window overlooking the garden, and a twin. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one double and one king-size with en-suite bathrooms and exposed brick feature walls. On the second floor there is a large Jack and Jill bathroom connecting the king-size room with en-suite and the twin room. Stepping out into the 2 acres of private gardens, there’s plenty to explore, and it’s fully enclosed, lined by trees and shrubs, where dogs can run around safely. Herbs and produce from the garden can be picked for your meals and steps lead up to the decked veranda where you can dine al fresco on a perfect summer evening.

Nearby attractions to set tails wagging are Holt Country Park (8 miles) and Sheringham Park, where everyone can enjoy walking. For wildlife, visit the National Trust Blakeney Nature Reserve (7 miles) with the largest colony of grey seals in England and for a family day out, visit Roarr! (19 miles).

Stunning property , exceptionally well equipped, warm and perfect for celebrating a special occasion with 3 generations. Good location for exploring beautiful north Norfolk, it would be a wonderful place to visit in the summer but equally perfect in colder weather.

We were a group of friends having a long weekend away. Property had the WOW factor. The property had everything we could wish for. Great bedroom layouts and good number of bathrooms. The outside space was lovely and we enjoyed playing croquet, ptanque and table tennis. Very close to Wells and Holt. Had a fantastic Sunday roast at The Carpenters ARead morerms in Wighton. Hide

beautiful place well equipped central for everything only trouble being its not very good for disabled or very young children as there are too many steps to access lounge kitchen and bedrooms and gardens

A very unique and Beautiful place to stay! As a family we all had the most wonderful time, the Barn has everything you need and more! We cant wait to visit again! Best place we have ever stayed.

This house is a gem. Its a spectacular building and the accommodation is clean and comfortable. The perfect place for three generations of our family to celebrate a 70th birthday party. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This house is ideal for large families. We stayed here for a long weekend with 3 generations which was lovely. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are lots of outside spaces to sit which we used even in October.
