Overlooking the golden sands and clear waters of Perranporth Beach, this gorgeous luxury apartment is perfect for a seaside getaway for a group of friends or family; it has stunning, spacious interiors and two balconies with unbeatable views of the bay and town. It’s in an ideal location right on the beach with lots of activities, walks and places to visit nearby.

The apartment is on the second floor, accessed by a lift or stairs, and is all on one level. It’s been furnished beautifully throughout with funky, contemporary furniture and bright, bold designs. The spacious living/dining room is light with large windows and patio doors that lead out to the front balcony, and patio doors in the stunning kitchen open onto the side balcony. There are two king-size bedrooms, the master has an en-suite shower room with a luxury waterfall shower, and the third bedroom can be made up as a super-king or a twin. There’s safe storage for all your beach gear, as well as shared gardens and private parking too.

There are lovely walks along the 3-mile-long beach. Head south along the cliff-top coastal path to St Agnes (3.5 miles), passing canine-friendly beaches and pubs on the way, or tackle the more challenging walk to Portreath (12.5 miles away). As well as being perfectly placed for relaxing, surfing, rock pooling and swimming, your location is ideal for visiting local restaurants, cafes, shops, and bars in Perranporth too. Historic St Michael''s Mount is 25 miles away just off the South Cornwall coast, while the Tate in St Ives is 25 miles away on the north coast. The bustling surfing town of Newquay is also within reach, 8.5 miles away, as are the Eden Project (26 miles) and the Lost Gardens of Heligan (23 miles).

34 The Dunes is a beautiful apartment and very well furnished. The waterfall shower in the main en-suite is fabulous but we find it annoying that there is nowhere to place your soap, shampoo, etc. We appreciate the clean lines but some sort of tray/receptacle to keep everything off the floor would be great.

With my family I visit Cornwall two or three times per year, and we have rented some great houses and apartments. We all agreed however, is by far the best! Absolutely fabulous. Everywhere was super clean and cared for. The living/cooking/dining space has fantastic views over the beach and out to sea - mesmerising! Unfortunately, because of thRead moree inclement weather we were not able to take advantage of the wide and spacious balcony. But that didnt spoil our stay as we often come down over the New Year period, we werent expecting sunshine. There didnt appear to be anything that had not been carefully considered, right down to a spice rack! Hide

For us it was a perfect holiday. Its an amazing place to stay very well equipped. Our grandsons simply said its perfect Grandma thats good enough for us.

The master bedroom door handle was very difficult to push down & open. The toilet flush buttons in the en-suite were extremely difficult to push, sometimes impossible.
