The kitchen also has a handy breakfast table, and the ground floor features a separate dining room perfect for family feasts. A steep narrow staircase leads up to the first floor with a stylish bathroom and two colourful bedrooms: a fresh single and a relaxing double. The final double bedroom is on the lower ground floor and has an en-suite shower room and French doors leading to the garden. Outside, the picturesque courtyard features a raised decked area with outdoor furniture and lovely estuary views, providing a relaxing spot to sit back with your pet lying in the shade.
