Despite the weather, my daughter and I had a lovely few days staying on the Orient Express! The setting and view are just beautiful and I imagine that when the weather is dry, it is idilic! I would suggest packing wellies and waterproofs as the farm is fairly high so the weather doesnt always match the forecast. Whilst the bed is very comfortable aRead morend snug, it is very high. At 53, I had some issues getting in and out. Despite the it saying there is Wi-Fi, we were unable to connect- this was only an issue for us as we were relying on internet access to plan our activities and routes for the next day. If you want music, download before you leave home. After long hikes, the hot tub was bliss. Overall, we would highly recommend the Orient Express as a get away from it all stay! Hide

We had a wonderful time away in Orient Express. The location itself is stunning and feels absolutely remote and special. This particular shepards hut felt very private and can tell they have been designed in such a way to make them feel remote and away from other accommodations. The shepherds hut itself has everything you could need for week awayRead more. Bed is very comfortable and shower is excellent for glamping set up. We loved the outdoor space and deck outside. Hot tub is an added bonus and very enjoyable after long days walking! Can tell the shepherds hut was designed with care and attention to detail and overall we had an amazing time. Hide

We stayed for 3 nights over Easter bank holiday. It was the most beautiful stay in a perfect location. Over the weekend, we did the four waterfalls walk, and Pen y Fan both in close proximity. The Orient Express was bigger than we anticipated with plenty of room to be out home for the weekend. Positioned next to a stream was a peaceful soundtrack, Read morewith breath-taking views to be enjoyed from the hot tub. Easter Sunday watching lambs hopping through the adjacent field was amazing. The area is also very dog friendly, our German shepherd had the best holiday too! Hide

The property was amazing in a stunning location and the icing on the cake was the the hot tub! We had lovely walks and picnics by the river, the dog was living his best life too. It's close to nice days out in Brecon and Swansea and plenty of supermarkets. I only marked it down for cleanliness as there were lots of cobwebs, other than that it was vRead moreery clean. We would definitely return and I would highly recommend. Hide
