Escape to the coast with your favourite humans and hounds in this charming cottage on the Isle of Anglesey. The quirky cottage, with its colourful artwork and accessories, sleeps four guests and suits small families and groups of friends. The dog-walking opportunities in the area are endless, with the Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path passing through the town, and gorgeous beaches such as the woof-friendly Red Wharf Bay within 7 miles.
The cottage is owned by an artist, and their artwork breathes life into every room. This, coupled with an eclectic collection of vibrant accessories, creates a truly memorable setting for your holiday. After a long dog walk, share lunch around the dining table before unwinding on the comfortable sofas in the lounge/diner, whilst your canine pals snooze by the wood burner. The galley-style kitchen is a joy to cook in, with colourful crockery and views of the pretty garden. Upstairs, you’ll find the inviting king-size and double bedrooms (please note, you can only access the double bed from one side). A family bathroom with a roll-top bath completes the first floor. Patio doors open from the lounge onto an enclosed courtyard garden, where the woofers can enjoy a siesta in the sunshine whilst you dine alfresco.
Grab the dog leads and head out for a stroll around the vibrant seaside town. Beaumaris seafront enjoys stunning views across Snowdonia, as does the pier, and there are lots of narrow streets lined with pastel-coloured cottages to explore. When it’s time to refuel, pop into one of the independent eateries, many of which welcome four-pawed diners. After lunch, embrace history with an amble around the castle grounds or head out for a cruise around the Menai Strait with your salty seadog.
