Adjacent to the owner’s home, this one-bedroom property oozes charm with exposed beams and wooden floors. Fire up the warming wood burner and watch movies on the living room sofas as the dogs curl up and keep their paws toasty. A spacious kitchen/diner is the perfect spot to enjoy cooking and eating delicious meals together, while a conservatory provides a separate space to relax. You will find a well-appointed king-size bedroom upstairs. Outside is a large, enclosed, patio garden. Sip a morning coffee and plan the days ahead on the swinging seat while the dogs safely sniff about.

Benhall is a leafy village situated on the cusp of the Suffolk Heritage Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Head off on foot and paw and explore the stunning countryside from the doorstep. The market town of Saxmundham is just 1.5 miles away where you can pick up any essentials or find somewhere for a bite to eat. Visit the wonderful seaside town of Aldeburgh (6.5 miles) with its wide range of independent shops, eateries, and dog-friendly pubs. Your canine companions can enjoy the beach here with no restrictions in the winter months, or for summer fun on the shores, head to the open stretch at Sizewell Beach, 8 miles away from the cottage.

The cottage was really appealing with lots of character. It's location is brilliant for travelling and access around Suffolk. The village, Benhall Green is lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the accommodation to any future holiday makers. We enjoyed meals at local inns and there is a fantastic farm shop 5 mins away. Rosie Read more( our Cocker Spaniel)and I enjoyed our morning and evening walks exploring the vilage and the green spaces where Rosie could run "off lead" Hide

We had a very enjoyable stay here. Location was perfect for us and easy to find. Cottage is very spacious and clean. Kitchen well equipped and the garden is lovely. Heating was very efficient but would like to come back at another time of year though to fully appreciate the garden and conservatory! Would recommend.

Well-situated with great access to the A12 and all routes towards the coast. The cottage is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax and well-equipped. The owners very welcoming and helpful.

Ideally situated between Saxmundham and Snape, so a great place from which to explore this part of Suffolk. This is a comfortable, well-appointed and peaceful cottage.

Our hosts had made the cottage very Christmassy as we stayed near to Christmas time. Such a warm and welcoming sight! Greeted us on our arrival, a very frosty night.
