Part of a stunning development at Perranporth Beach, this luxury apartment has amazing views of the beach from all of its three balconies. It’s in the perfect location for enjoying the beach and water sports on the rugged North Cornish coast and your furry family members will love it too. Dogs are welcome on the beach all year round, so it’ll soon be their favourite place.

The apartment is on the ground floor with top-quality finishes, three stylish bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms. The large open-plan living space has a large Smart TV with Netflix and a Bluetooth sound system for evenings. Luxury features in the kitchen include a wine cooler and a De’Longhi Pump Espresso coffee machine. The apartment has on-site parking and there’s secure storage for your surfboards and beach gear. As well as the three balconies with panoramic sea views, there are shared gardens to enjoy. You can wash off the sand from the beach in the outdoor shower and you’ll have access to a key box, so you don’t have to take it with you to the beach.

Step outside the apartment, go through a gate and you’re on the beach – 3 miles of dog-friendly golden sand with stunning walks along the bay and coastal path. The area is a haven for beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts. It’s a great spot for surfing, body boarding and kitesurfing, wild swimming, and rock pooling. Perranporth is a bustling village with lots of places to visit and eat out, including ice-cream parlours, family pubs, restaurants and cafes all serving delicious Cornish produce. The exciting town of Newquay is 8.5 miles along the coast, Portreath is a 13-mile drive and Truro, Cornwall’s only city, is 10 miles from the apartment.

Amazing absolutely amazing The Dunes is absolutely amazing from first entering the long spacious hall with clear views across the living area to the fabulous views of Perranporth Beach. In the kitchen was a beautiful welcome hamper with, bread, jam, cookies, scones,tea, coffee and in the fridge milk, clotted cream, bacon, eggs and butter and Read morea cute little bear as a gift. The apartment was beautifully clean - with beautiful furnishings and the space seemed endless, especially the living, kitchen and dining area, perfect for our family of 6 plus our golden retriever with lots of room for her bed. Bathrooms and bedrooms also very spacious with lovely bedding and beautiful furniture with lots of storage for our clothes, suitcases etc. All had hairdryers - good ones too, so no need to take one. Equipment- the list is endless, more than enough crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, cookware, baking trays, food containers,to name a few. Dogs bowls and mat provided. Plenty of bin liners (we create a lot of rubbish) and still had enough. Food bags, tin foil kitchen roll etc. Dishwasher tablets, cleaning cloths and sponges, washing up liquid. Laundry tablets and softener. A real home from home. A huge thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful apartment, hopefully we will visit again one day. Hide

Chosen as a birthday surprise for my partner, the look on his face when we entered the apartment and stood on the balcony was wonderful. Amazing view over the beach and so close.
