Make yourself at home in the lounge with comfortable sofas and a TV. The kitchen/diner is bright and airy with wooden units next to a table and chairs. Stairs lead down to the lower level where there are two traditional cottage bedrooms with wooden furnishings. One of the bedrooms is a double with an en-suite, and the other is a twin room. There is also a family bathroom. Outside is a patio with garden furniture as well as a lawn, an enclosed garden area and a gas BBQ.
This cottage is located down a quiet country lane which leads onto open moorland. Just 1 mile away is the sleepy hamlet of Barbrook, which has a petrol station and a river running through it. The renowned twin coastal villages of Lynton and Lynmouth are two miles away – where you can find canine-welcoming cafes and restaurants as well as an all-year-round dog-friendly beach. Valley of Rocks (3 miles) is worth sniffing out – it has unusual prehistoric rock formations and excellent clifftop walking routes.
