Lose yourself in the magic of the Llyn Peninsula with a stay in this woof-friendly holiday home. Sleeping six guests and two canine companions, the property is perfect for large families and groups of friends. You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to dog walks, with a paw-friendly beach just 0.5 miles away and the spectacular coast path nearby. After a day of adventure, sip a sundowner in the enclosed, south-west facing garden.
The detached holiday cottage is predominantly arranged across one level and has a homely feel, with comfortable furniture and endearing accessories. The open-plan living area has a stylish kitchen, with an archway leading to the inviting lounge/diner. Unwind on the corner sofa or in the reclining chair to watch the TV/DVD. On chilly nights, fire up the wood burner to warm your toes and paws. French doors lead to a peaceful conservatory – the ideal place for the hounds to set up camp, with easy access to the garden. Three of the bedrooms, the bathroom, and the shower room complete the ground floor. Upstairs, via a cottage-style staircase, is a loft room with a double bed. Outside, down a couple of steps, is a sunny patio with furniture for al fresco dining. A few more steps lead down to the lawn, where there’s ample space for a game of fetch.
A path leads from the property to the golden sands of Morfa Nefyn Beach. With its clear waters and stunning mountain views, the beach is one of the finest on the peninsula. There are seasonal dog restrictions, but the eastern end of the beach allows pups all year. The picturesque town of Nefyn (1.5 miles) offers some lovely woof-friendly eateries, and there’s also a fascinating maritime museum, and a brewery for stocking up on local ales.
