Plan your retreat with friends or family – and up to two canine chums – to this three-bed house with contemporary styling and fantastic outdoor space. Lie back and relax in the private hot tub on the large terrace, which also has outdoor furniture for dining and lazing alfresco. It boasts great views over the inner harbour and Cardigan Bay beyond. It’s set in central Abersoch so you have all the amenities of this popular seaside resort literally on your doorstep and the beach is a pebble’s throw at 300 metres away, for all those four-legged sandy shenanigans.

This three-storey modern house offers a masterclass in open-plan living on the ground floor. The airy lounge/diner/kitchen seamlessly flows from the sleek fitted kitchen, to the modern wooden dining table and the inviting lounge area with ample comfortable seating and light decor with pops of colour. Light wood flooring throughout makes a practical choice for four-legged friends. French doors in the lounge open out onto the extensive front area, extending the living space with an indoor-outdoor vibe. The first floor houses a double bedroom with a Juliet balcony, and a bunk bedroom kids will adore. On the top floor, the master double bedroom benefits from an en-suite, both rooms with wonderful Velux windows in the sloping ceiling. The outdoors has just as much to offer with a large terrace that stretches to the front and side of the house. To the side is a hot tub, with outdoor furniture for BBQ nights.

Canine companions will wag their tails all the way to Abersoch Beach (300 metres) and Machroes Beach (1 mile). Abersoch village also has shops and eateries to amuse guests of all ages. Within 3 miles across the headland is the impressive Porth Neigwl, a 4-mile sandy stretch known as Hell’s Mouth.

The house keeping was very poor, had to get all the beds changed and the house wasnt clean. The outside with its tiny front had cleaning equipment left outside ie bucket and broken mop.

Overall the holiday was enjoyable; we did have a couple of issues when arriving. The smoke alarm was going off, and I had to contact you guys and speak with the homeowner to have this resolved; I had to remove the battery in the end, and then there was a maintenance person arrived with a new battery after speaking with the homeowner she advised me Read morethat I would be refunded two nights back which I thought was a good gesture, I am still waiting to see the refund. No stair gate even though I asked specifically before arrival and it says they are at the property on the website, we managed by keeping doors shut .No microwave . No hand wash in 2 bathrooms. No cleaning equipment ie minute amount of washing up liquid , no detergent for washing machine , no spare toilet roll ( 1 toilet had 3 sheets).

Only reason for not giving 5s is that the outside of the property could do with tidying . Slates near railings are broken and outside furniture is green in places. Leaking roof in garage is a real problem and I have had to spend hours cleaning my car.
