Occupying a commanding clifftop position above Porthleven Sands on the West Cornwall coast, this contemporary house affords unbridled sea views. Arranged over three storeys, this spacious home is perfect for friends or families and their canine companions. Large windows and a stunning terrace allow you to soak up the views whatever the weather, whilst dog walks along the South West Coast Path or on the beach below are a must. After a busy day exploring, head home to curl up in front of the wood burner, or head into town for fresh seafood in a pub/restaurant.
Cool, contemporary tones create a calm and relaxed feeling throughout, whilst the occasional pop of colour adds character and warmth. You enter on the middle floor to find the lounge with its floor-to-ceiling windows framing the breathtaking views, comfy sofas and a wood burner. One of the beautiful bedrooms and en-suite shower rooms is also on this floor. Downstairs, the well-equipped kitchen/diner with yet more views, and a utility room, awaits you. The last two bedrooms and en-suite bath/shower rooms are on the second floor. Outside, enjoy a quiet moment on one of the Juliet balconies or socialise together on the terrace against the panoramic backdrop.
Bustling harbour town, Porthleven, has lots to offer, but travelling further afield, the local area boasts a wealth of natural beauty and unique opportunities. Head along the South West Coast Path to explore the coast’s many bays and coves, or why not head to Land’s End (22 miles), the UKs’ most westerly, mainland point. The clifftop Minack Theatre is amazing, as is the white sand and clear water of Porthcurno (22 miles) below it. For something more wild and rugged, the Lizard Peninsula and Point (14 miles) is an ideal spot for a dog walk.
