Surrounded by lush countryside, this gorgeous barn offers a secluded stay to a multigenerational family or large group of friends eager to sample the coastal delights of North Norfolk. Set in its own grounds 10 miles from the Georgian market town of Holt, the barn offers spacious living areas, several bathrooms and a vast lawned area within which children and dogs can play.

The plush soft furnishings found throughout this fresh and modern barn come alive when covered in the natural daylight that pours in through its many long windows. The open-plan kitchen/diner offers plenty of space for social gatherings throughout the day, with fantastic views out into the garden. The inviting TV room sofas are the ideal vantage point for an evening film, while the double-aspect lounge leads out onto a south-facing patio through French doors. The ground floor is home to an en-suite king-size bedroom, while a shower room and a handy utility room are found close by. Three beautifully appointed king-size bedrooms, two shower rooms and a bunk bedroom are found on the first floor, while an additional first floor, accessed via a separate staircase, houses a further king-size bedroom. Watch the children and dogs play across the vast lawn in the enclosed garden while sipping cocktails or preparing an al fresco meal on one of two paved terraces after a few sets on the hard tennis court.

The quintessential English village of Aldborough (1 mile) has an attractive green and dog-friendly amenities, while Holt (10 miles) is home to numerous galleries, antique stores and bookshops. The Victorian pier and promenade at Cromer (7 miles) offer a warm welcome to four-pawed visitors, along with its beach out of season. Dogs are welcome aboard many of the boat trips that leave Morston Quay (15 miles) for a spot of seal-watching at Blakeney Point.
