A reverse-level house with spectacular sea views in the pretty coastal town of Porthleven. Sleeping two dogs and six of their humans, this charming and spacious cottage is perfectly located for groups of friends, with a wonderful patio for al fresco dining and relaxing after days sniffing out adventures.
Upon entering this retreat, you can leave your shoes in the lovely hallway on the ground floor, which leads into the three bedrooms. One bedroom contains a king-size bed, another has a double, and the final is a twin, perfect for whatever make-up your group requires. The two larger bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, while a family bathroom on this floor serves the third bedroom, and provides a handy spot to wash off sandy feet and paws. Upstairs on the first floor, is a superb living space. This is thoughtfully designed as it boasts the best views over the beach and out to sea. Relax on the sofas while the dogs snooze by your feet or create culinary delights in the bright and spacious kitchen. Head outside to the enclosed terrace area which has further views and seating where you can dine alfresco or enjoy a sundowner.
The most southerly port town in the country, Porthleven has a picturesque harbour (0.5 miles) and some spectacular seafood restaurants. There is an abundance of dog-friendly pubs and cafes in the town as well, so no one misses the chance to join dinners out. The beach which is just 200 metres from the property has miles of sand and shingle, and a section where dogs can run wild and free all year round. Set tails wagging in the woodland trails and open parkland at National Trust Penrose, just 1 mile away.
